Revenge of the Sith Meet Up (Sat 28th May 05)

Well, it's not that far off now, and I was wondering woho wants to have a meet up for it?

Plan being to go and see the movie followed by going for something to eat after.

I'm posting this early so we don't have the usual, 'I can't make it coz my hair is on fire' or 'I'm working blah blah blah'.

So, we have plenty of time to make arrangements to suit all of us.

anyways as for the event. I am 50/50 sure i can/cant go.

Its my A level year and may is teh month they take place usually. Now, if when i get my exam timetable and i have a few days betweem teh prmier of ep III, then me and my cousin are gonna become groupies and wait to see lucas and co



which area of teh UK will this meetup be taking place? because i was origianlly going to go and see the film in manchester...

Well....I'd love to go...but I'm only 13 and I dunno if my parents would let me. The only way I'd probably be able to go is if my parents came along and that'd be embarrasing.

We also need a cinema we're ALL quite close to.

Out of interest how old are you guys?

 

All ages. I'm one of the youngins, and I'm 16. We all range, but seeing as this is now the only English chapter, we all crowd in here. So the only cinema that'd be close to all of us would be the NEC, which is in the Midlands, as you've got some up north, some down south, and Birmingham is in the middle. But London is our chapter, so if there's to be a meet, it'll be there, unless there is a new chapter started, which is quite a difficult process.

Just ask Yosh though.

I'm working on aquiring tickets for the first showing in the Empire in Leicester Square.
But they're probably sold out already

 

We've only got one Cinema in Salisbury. Its a crap 5 screen odean. But, I'm on Study Leave when ROTS comes out, and I don't think that I have any exams that day. So if I can book it about 2 weeks in advance, I'm in!

Depends which conventions you mean because I normally attend, providing I have money and there are good pubs close by .... why you all looking at me like that, I'm a student

 

I'd be interested in a meet-up, although I will be watching ROTS with the New York and Long Island Fan Forces, and will be returning about a fortnight afterwards...If anyone wants to get together for a screening afterwards...Let's face it, we're not go see the film just once, are we?...I'm in.

One month??!?! I can't wait that long!

But...I guess I would see it a copule of times anyway, but a month after is maybe a bit too long.

 

I suppose I can drag my self down to the big smoke to meet all you shiney happy people. I can pretty much make any time so what ever you lot decide I can fit in with.

 

One month is only for the meet not the first showing of the movie though
