Due to some technique thingy I'm gonna have to start doing that's apparently supposed to help my anxiety in the long term but makes it worse in the short term, I'm really dreading today lol. Just warning to everyone I'll probably be on edge and an emotional wreck later in the day, so I probably won't be the most coherent either. No worries though, it'll probably be horrible in the short term but it's worth it as it is apparently supposed to help in the long term.
