Mogera reminds me of Mecha Megalon and when seperated, Mecha Rodan.

 

I have but it's been a while. Probably only once. I've seen every Godzilla movie.

 

I'm doing pretty good, fell asleep for like 3 hours at like 5 pm, so I feel a bit better now too.

Favorite 3? For me it's King Kong, The Thing and Godzilla's Revenge. (I know)

I've seen about 15 or so; mainly from the Heisei and Millenium eras.

My favorites are the originals that I grew up with, from the original to Megalon in the late 70's. But I enjoy them all.

Ah, yes. The Showa era is your fav.
I love the original Gojira, but haven't watched too many of the others from that period. Will catch up someday.
The Heisei and Millenium eras appeal to me more right now.

It was good. The inclusion of Mothra and the Shobijin, however briefly, made me very happy. Spacegodzilla has a cool design. Those horns sticking out of his jowels are cool. The actors did well. Baby Godzilla was cute. Good music. Liked the pop song that played over the credits.

One complaint is that the story seemed rather slow and the kaiju battles weren't the best ever. But I like the concepts. Thanks for recommending.
Will definitely rewatch it someday.
