Hold on a sec there! What do you mean we all have something to say about it? Has it occurred to you that some of us might not love Star Wars?

 

The Mandalorian looks terrific. Doubt I'll get to watch it anytime soon, but am excited that it exists and happy for those who have Disney+.

1. Saw Brightburn earlier this evening. Boy, talk about a movie that completely missed the point...

A lotta fawning over Robbie in general these days. Here's the thing, though ...while I agree she's technically 'score card' attractive, her features are actually a bit too freaky-extreme for my taste, like someone morphed the Cheshire Cat into a human female form. It's a bit overwhelming. On the same token however it makes for a great character actor visage; her whole look and persona really registers on screen. As far as Aussie hotties go, I'm rather quite smitten with the underappreciated, underutilized Abbie Cornish. She's got that vampy come-hither quality matched with a natural sense of empowerment. She really should be her own leading lady star by this point.

3. Just now finished the first half of my annual Star Wars movie marathon (Lucas' Saga, anyways) with the Prequels, and already I feel...replenished. At this point I like to break, letting said trilogy sit with me for a few days—I begin the OT starting next Tuesday night.

Hi y’all! Dunno what’s up or down anymore lol. I’ve had a lot of fun but SO excited to leave today (shortly!). I don’t think I could do it again, just all the ppl & bus travel was difficult when I like my space & doing my own thing lol. But we had a generally good group & all the places we went were awesome! (Minus Venice; it poured that day).

I’ll talk more & post pics when I’m home. I miss all of you so much! Kept finding things & being like aw, so & so would love this. Hope there are good movies on the plane lol. Have a great day y’all!

Just finished Iron Man 3, was 14/10 because an Aussie was in it Dunno how I feel about Tony not having the arc reactor core anymore, but yeah

That was my reaction to the ending too, seemed odd for him to take out the core, it drove so much of his motivation in Iron Man 1 and 2, as well as playing a small but neat role in the first Avengers. And then it turns out a simple operation could have fixed Tony at any time?

Was just kinda odd, especially since his 'retirement' didn't last very long at all
