I know, I wasnt aware a masterpiece of this magnitude could be created by human hands until I witnessed it myself.

Oh wow, has this been going on for 8 years? That must be maddening to deal with that for so long, I'm sorry to hear that.

And that's crazy that its increased your pain tolerance by that much. Maybe that means that any other pain you experience will be much easier to handle from now on?

Oh, well that is a good thing, appointments, especially ones that are far away, are already a big hassle, so having it be more convenient is always a big plus.

Also, while the pain was only a 2-3 because my shoulder is partially healed, my cardiologist moving my pacemaker around in my chest was:

1. Scary, because he said if there was inflammation in my shoulder, moving the pacemaker at all would rip the cord out of my heart and kill me.

2. Felt weird and hurt a bit, because him and like 4 other doctors in training were moving it around while it was inside my shoulder/chest, it was a really weird feeling.

I'm glad it was partially healed though, because immediately after the surgery, it was like a 9/10, close to a 10/10 (they did stab a cord into my heart, after all) but its been healing at a relatively fast pace.

Also, the pain being that bad was only a week or two after my surgery, and the pain has been steadily going down since.

 

@Prime Jedi From the age of 7 to 14, I kept get this pain from time to time, but it wasn't constant like it's been the last four months. But since it kept creeping up once in a while so I slowly got used to it, especially after the time I had it for a straight month when I was 14.

EDIT: Your pain will be through the roof after surgery, so that's no surprise. That's when you're given the best stuff. Ooohhh yeaaahhh...
