Hello, looks like Johnny and Macca forgot to tell George and Rings that their Sgt. Pepper facial hair days were goodbye that day.

Also it's funny how they're wearing their old suit jackets from 1963 with their new psychedelic trousers, as that clip is from 1967 when fashions had largely changed due to their influence lol.

Say listen, I flipped on the telly (DW Classic channel) this early morn and managed to catch the last three eps of "The Three Doctors"!

It was terrific and I now want to add it to my collection. Bummed I missed Part One, but that's how it goes with this channel, "you never know what you're going to get" when tuning in.

"The Monster of Peladon" is on now; seems the channel is currently in the 3rd Doctor years. There are some pretty neat aliens in this ep. Nice production design too!

Usually when I turn this channel on they are showing Mr. Baker stories which is fine by me, but it's been neat catching random eps from Doctors 1, 2, 3, and 5 here and there.

George Brett is awesome. Him and Greg Nettles of the Yankees got in multiple fights over the years. Morning. I miss the powder blue old Royals uniforms.

 

Will be interesting to see Leeds today against Liverpool.

It’s funny to see the English media and many PL fans rate Marcelo Bielsa like he was the second coming of football... seriously is their a more overpraised and overrated manager than him? The guy hasn’t won a single trophy since the 90’s when he won the Argentinian first division with Velez Sarsfield. And has lost countless finals since in the Copa Libertadores, Copa del Rey, Europa League, etc. I mean what good is how “beautiful” you play football when you can’t win trophies in the end?

In a weird way I guess Bielsa fits Leeds though. Leeds feel like they are still a top English club despite being outside of the top flight for nearly 20 years

 

I own FIFA 99 on the PS one. Yeah; that's all I got soccer wise. Kick that ball into the net guys.
