For about 4 days that's all people said in my school.

Usually with the 'r' exagerrated to rather unreasonable lengths. Unbelievably annoying - especially when people would yell it for no apparant reason. Such as when you're in the middle of a conversation with that person, mention a recent defeat and s/he shouts 'so long, suckerrrrrr!' followed by a laugh. I could never understand it. Why say 'so long' when you're not going anywhere? Do they expect me to move? And why do they usually laugh afterwards? Do they expect me to laugh as well? Why do they expect so much?
