    I thought I was the only one who did that!

    Wow, people freak out SOOOO much when you do that.

    It's possible to reduce a woman to tears in seconds with a spider in your hands. [face_devil]

    We all got to have our hobbies...

    As for scariest movie.

    House on the Haunted Hill (original of course!).
    Invasion of the Body Snatchers (70's version. The final scene with the screaming Donald Sutherland scared the crap out of me when I was younger).

    I can manage being in a room with spiders.

    I can quite happily remove one from the room (paper and cup method)

    Touch one though, not a hope in hell.

    It the way they scuttle and you can feel them on you but they have no weight (unless it's a big bugger)

    They look horrible too and far too many legs and eyes.

    There is only one version. The film only came out here in the UK yesterday, and in June in the States. I think you might be thinking of Dawn of the Dead?

    Oh wait is that the new movie then? There have been so many remakes of the older ones that I thought it was one of them. 8-}

    I must admit the first film I saw that frightened me was Jaws but then again I was only 5 at the time.

    Yes, I'm looking quite forward to the Nightwatch Trilogy. The trailer looks really good, and it looks to be a really visual story. I think it's all in Russian, but with English subtitiles -- Thank God for that, because I hate watching dubbed films...except Hong Kong action flicks, because they're just too cool. :D

    I love my Run Lola Run DVD. On one side is the original German language version with subtitles, and the other is the English dubbed version. :D

    saw nightwatch the other day (gotta love those orange two for one wednesdays :D ). great film. subtitles don`t detract from the film at all. it`s fairly gory and there are two properly "jumpy" moments. the battle scene (s) are spectacular but the story is a bit :confused: at points, but it all becomes clear towards the end. can`t wait for the next installment.

    wibble wibble nightwatch wibble wibble four wibbley eggs out of five wibbley eggs. wibble.

    That was unpleasant. I may need to go lie down. The Shining terrifyed me SO much. Not helped by the fact that I watched it at night when my Mum was asleep and my Dad insisted on laughing at random moments to scare me. Anyhoo, that is BY FAR, one of the greatest performances by a single human being. Jack rules!!! Especialy the scene where she's locked him in the lardery thing and that camera shot that is sort of back ward and underneath him, wow, that is awsome!! Just a fantastic film and those twins were well scary! I think I need to take a breath now. *goes off to breath.*
