Yeah I know Malkie, but it's difficult to get here. My teacher orders it once a year straight from Scotland. I'm cheap, so maybe I can find a way to steal his.

    goshdarn butter-fudging sassen-frassen cod-slurping paid employment.

back to work after 10 blissful days of not being at work...... not fudging happy.

I was out at a birthday party last nite, but had to leave early cos I couldn't spend my first day back at work stinking of drink ......
it was a birthday party for my trombone player, Lindsey, who works in the sauchiehall st Anne Summers exotic lingerie shop, and all her gorgeous, pouting workmates were out as well, all dressed in as little as possible..... and they were all going to my favourite niteclub after the pub, to get hot, sweaty and drunker.... and I couldn't go cos I was coming back to work today....

    puppies puppies puppies

    what a fudging waste.....

    Howdy Ya'll

After noticing the number of foriegners intrigued with Scotland and expressing it though this board, I have decided to join the club. Not sure about the others but my fascination evolved from a love of bagpipes, kilts and films like Braveheart and Rob Roy!

    :)! Hollie

It was a skewered one. I went over to a place called Al Meridia to see some friends that were staying there, in Crete, and their aunt lives there. We went to a restaurant far from the tourist place, and it was the first time we saw a souvlaki. It was very nice.

I recall, vaguely, that the onus was very much on us to fling together our own specifically scottish banner....

however, my talents, considerable though they may be, do not extend to such photoshoppery, and I would be reduced to cutting pictures out of old star wars colouring books and sticking them to a rectangular bit of paper which could then be stuck, with blu-tak, at the top of my screen.

    Happy Valentine's Day!

Here's a SW trivia question for you...

In the "shooting script" for Empire Strikes Back, how did Han Solo respond when Princess Leia said, "I love You"? In the "final cut" what was his response?

    Correct! :p

If there isn't anyone here who wants to make one, I don't mind doing it....after I've finished the Welsh one that is.

For a banner, I could probably knock together something serious and uninspired with all the characters played by Scottish actors (which means, basically, everyone important except the Skywalkers)...

I'm sure someone else could do better, though...
