Any-who, reading a bit of that thread was kind of refreshing to me, since I'm glad I'm still considerably a newbie since I've only been on this site for a couple of years.

We've all got a little bit of newbie in us, right? We're always learning something new.

I wonder if they'll include the ion cannon and the ship-surface assault gun on the ships in BF3. In case you wonder what I am referring to, it's also BF: Elite Squadron.

Yea its the wolf-man species jedi from the 2003 clone wars cartoon (not the cgi one.) With foxy's head on his body. Lol

 

I do miss that TV series. Those were the good days of my childhood.

 

I've never played Elite Squadron. So in short, I have no clue what you are talking about haha

 

Yea it was great. But the 2008-2013 version isn't that bad either. If you like five nights at freddys game theory has some good videos describing the lore and secret plot of the game.

 

Five Nights at Freddie's is creepy at night with headphones turned all the way up. Once those stuffed animals start running down the hallway I've just about had enough

 

Not to worry, it wasn't that much of a great game, but it was nice for a handheld game. (It was a game on the PSP, and maybe another platform, but I'm not sure.)

Better, since it had a really interesting story vs BF with had your basic Galactic Conquest kind of story. Though, just so you don't get mislead, look up some gameplay if you'd like (Suggested), and see what you think. We all have our likes and dislikes. Alright, well its been fun chatting, but I think I'll catch some sleep before I don't feel like getting up tomorrow. Goodnight gentlemen.

 

Nah its all about Bonnie... that purple a**hole has kept me up many a night. I started a thread on here about five nights at freddys if you wish to join.

 

I loved playing Battlefront 1 & 2. And I cannot wait to finally play Battlefront 3!

 

I wonder how the heroes and villains gameplay will be like. In BF1&2 let seemed to float on the air and it didn't feel like you had complete control over them.

 

"aggressive DLC" from that list is the only thing that annoys me.
That said this may be the only game that DLCs wont ruin for me as I will likely lap them all up which I have never done with any other game.

 

What does aggressive DLC mean?

Being serious for a moment though I'm not sure exactly, it doesn't sound any more 'aggressive' than EA have been in the past with Battlefield, five prominent pieces of paid DLC throughout the course of a year or so... although with the sheer amount of content available for mining with Star Wars we may see a lot more DLC in between all of those.

 

Was that a pun at "aggressive negotiations" which is mentioned a couple times in some of the novels when anakin and Obi wan had to settle situations with their lightsabers? Probably not haha

It was indeed a pun! An attempt at it anyway!

I'm not opposed to some chunky paid DLC that gives a fair bit of extra content but as you mention with the non-free stuff, idiotic stuff such as weapons, or ability ugprades as small paid bits of DLC.. I hate that kind of stuff.

 

Call of Duty? Am I right?

Anyway I'm hoping for some free stuff as well. I'd hate to pay $20 for three new maps.

 

I like Rockstar for there approach on DLC. Everything has been free updates, however, I think they're going to charge $ for the Heist DLC. But one can hope EA will drop their pocket slashing antics

 

Commander Krix even though we might hate being charged $15-20 for DLC, we'll probably still purchase them haha
