great game. and to fight over Coruscant and clone wars. that's wonderful.

 

its a shame I can't see that video. Its not in quicktime.

But I'm sure its sweet!

 

i remember back in rogue squadron crusin round in my caddy taken down intercepters left and right if only they would put it in bf2 i could just imagine drivin towards the sheild bunker on endorin a low rider wit the ewoks bouncin around in the back seats

 

The new Kashyyyk map looks pretty cool, sort of an amalgam of the BFI Docks and what we saw in ROTS. It's hard to tell, it looks like a huge map in some shots but then from other angles or screens it doesn't.

Man this game is not getting here fast enough!

And to touch on what everyone was talking about a few pages back, I'm excited for the Jabba's Palace map too. Large, small, dark or cramped...I still think it's a cool addition even though it was already downloadable for BFI.

 

Hey, the more maps the better!!

 

If you enjoy playing with nothing but Rocket guys w/ mines and getting blown up with Rocket guys w/ mines then Jabba is for you. It's way too small for the number of people they cram in it. Ideally, it's just right for about a 5 on 5 human players/no AI match.

 

I hope/wonder that you can kill Jabba. I would place a mine right next to him then watch him die.

I got real frustrated about an hour ago when a teammate of mine would not stop shooting Jabba because he thought he could kill him. Unfortunately for me, he didn't have a mic so he couldn't respond back to me telling him to do something productive.

 

^^that's gotta suck. I don't have Live yet, was planning on getting it with the wireless network adaptor when the 360 comes out....but I'm sure that's annoying.

I play BFI with my 6 year old son and I can see how certain 'team mates' can stress someone out at times.

I can't wait to get BFII and rock this thing out on Live though!

 

^Getting killed my Gungans on your own teams=teh suck.

 

Plo, I have friendly fire off on Instant Action...saves frustration with the 6 year old for sure.

I got owned by an Ewok once in Galactic Conquest after I shot his buddy on accident.

anyway i know this could probably happen, if u seen the E3 demo youll know what im talking about. you know how you can control the 501 (the clone troops that help anakin take over jedi temple) i wonder if one of the heros you can unlock is a clone assasin... anakin could be unlocked no doubt, but it would be cool.

what would you guys think if ubisoft (makers of splinter cell) took over battlfront 2? im just posting it as a opinion, but im 99% sure it wont happen. but think of the graphics, physics, man, i wonder what ubi could do to this game.

plus if you seen the demo and the kashyyyk level did you see the new clone with the chaingun? i didnt see it fire, is it like a minigun like on Turok (n64)?

 

What attack do Ewoks have again?

 

They throw little spears and rocks.... it's adorable.

 

I just got ps2 online and play battlefront alot more because of it.

Yep, Ewok rocks hurt ya man.
I knew I wasn't getting shot cause there was no blaster bolts...then I saw that angry, angry teddy bear.

I wound up blasting him too - got Traitor but I showed him what's up.

 

yes i was wondering the same thing as nighthunter. i also just got ps2 online. Are headsets worth it though? i looked online and they were almost as much as the adapter themselves and i couldnt even find a wireless one.

 

Any new news on Battlefront II?

Does anyone know whether the PSP version will play all the campaigns that the console versions will? I heard that the campaign in the PSP version will be smaller than the console version. Shouldn't the campaigns be the same length for both versions?
