R2-D2 - The Trekkie in me wanted to pick Commander Sato because name reasons, but I wrestled her down because R2-D2 would cuss me out with so many K-bombs if I didn't pick him.

Nebit - I've always liked Jawas; my favorite non-human group of characters
Bossk - learned a lot from his lengthy Wookieepedia entry. I read up on Bly too, but he can't top Bossk's cool factor. Reading them makes me want to watch TCW.
