Hi Teh Mole! - New Host - This is the way!!

Okay, I might as well get this started!


So how does this thing work?

1. Up to twelve users are allowed to play at a time, with the signup sheet being passed around for one week before we start. Although the game can start with fewer or more. So if we are at 12 join us!

2. From this the host will then pick one player to be 'Teh Mole' and notify them via PM.

3. After Teh Mole has been told about their new role, they go around the boards leaving a trail of clues ranging from simple to complicated . However, they can't outright saythey are Teh-Mole (since that kinda...defeats the purpose of the game). The more creative the hints, the better!!

4. If somebody PMs the host and guesses correctly who Teh Mole is they automatically win the game. However, if the person guesses incorrectly they will be eliminated.

5. If no one guesses the identity of Teh Molethey will be crowned the winner.

6. There will be a challenge posted every 2 days and players will get 24hrs to respond to it. These challenges could be tasks to complete throughout the the boards or trivia questions which range from Star Wars, Jedi Council Forums or general knowledge questions. Some questions/tasks will be helpful for new members of the JCF, such as finding and linking helpful threads and where to go to discuss certain things.

7. Timezones will always be an issue regardless of what time the challenge is posted. I will try and post challenges atvarying times so that all players will get a fair chance. Unfortunately there is no perfect time , so certain players will always be handicapped no matter what time the host posts.

8. There are points awarded for each challenge:
- First Person or Only Person to correctly answer a challenge: 5pts and immunity
- Correct answer to a challenge: 3pts
- Failed attempt at answering a challenge: 1pt
- Not answering a challenge: 0pts
Note: If a player fails to attempt three(3) challenges they will be eliminated.

9. After each challenge, Teh Mole will pick any player without immunity to be eliminated from the game. As mentioned above, the first or only person to correctly answer a challenge will gain immunity from these eliminations. Teh Mole will PM the game host who they wish to eliminate. The game host will then announce who was eliminated.

10. Teh Mole may eliminate themself if they wish, but only when we are down to five players (two rounds left) to cover the missing three challenges rule and to keep them from eliminating themselves from the beginning.

11. After every five challenges, the person with the most points is able to take a guess at who Teh Mole is without fear of elimination. The game host will announce who has the most points and when they may guess (which they must PM to the host). Teh Mole may also participate in challenges to gain points. This means Teh Mole will want to answerquestions and do tasks to have as many points as possible to keep players from having free guesses or immunity.

12. When and if there are only three player left, meaning that no one has guessed who Teh Mole is, the challenges will end. The remaining players will PM the game host with their guess at which of the remaining three Teh Mole is. If more than one person guesses correctly the person with the most points wins. If no one guesses correctly then Teh Mole wins.

13. Additional Rule

You MUST post in thread when you send your answer so all players are on the same page as to who is still playing and who isn't.
