IC - Corran and Swan

::As Corran rose slowly, Bloodfin yelled out across the hangar::

CORRAN!...I'm done playing games...either you let me go or they die!...To show you how serious I am I will use her as a shield!

::Corran's eyes widened in horror at what happened next. Try as she could to struggle, Swan was pulled in front of Bloodfin as a barrage of blaster fire was issued from the R.E.C. Troopers. They realized the danger and stopped firing, but it was too late. The blaster fire hit Swan in several places; in the chest, the stomach, the arm. She screamed in pain, a scream that echoed through the hangar and Corran's knees almost gave way beneath him. As Corran watched as Swan's beautiful body was hit, a memory flashed into his mind. His wife, Kaira, being hit in the chest by a stray blaster bolt; her dying in his arms::

No! Not again... NOT AGAIN!!

::It was as if someone had lit a fire inside Corran's very being. His muscles were trembling; his teeth were clenched so tight it felt as if they were about to shatter; his breathing was heavy and forced; his fists gripping his lightsabers with such force that his knuckles had turned white. Corran felt the allure of the Dark Side, it's tempting call. All he had to do was reach out for it again... However, the thought of Swan kept him from allowing his anger to control him. He controlled his anger and he let it fuel him. Corran began to walk towards Bloodfin, a deep scowl across his face and his brow furrowed menacingly. Without even thinking about it, Corran shot out with Force Disruption, momentarily severing Bloodfin's connection with the Force. As Bloodfin released Swan and LaYa, they were suddenly caught in mid-air. The invisible Infiltrator Troopers had rescued them and quickly hurried them out of harm's way. Corran, however, had his eyes focused squarly on Bloodfin. In the blink of an eye, Corran shot a Mastered Force Push squarly into Bloodfin's chest, sending him flying backwards into the bulkhead. Corran reached out and wrapped Bloodfin's neck in a Force Choke, lifting him several feet off the ground. Corran increased pressure slightly, glaring up at the pathetic Sith::

IC:

Your master is gonna die! but you have a future Laya...YOU have a choice to follow your destiny! These Jedi poisened you with there ideaologies but i'm gonna show you the true nature of the force!

Laya looks to Bloodfin and takes a long breath.
When he places her and Swan in holding cells, she looks to her Master.

"My Master... if it would be necessary, I'd give my life for yours... you know that. " she says to Swan. "I have promised to myself not ever return to the Dark Side.. but if my turn to the Dark Side could save you, I'd turn!" she adds.

At this time, Bloodfin comes back and takes them to the back out of the ship. There they see Corran and Swan screams out his name.

OOC: Yeah Angelic...you could be Next

Yeah, I?ve lost track of how many times you Sith have threatened to kidnap/memo wipe me... I?ll tell you what...I?ll believe your threats when you actually back them up.

 

OOC: Okay, Deak was repealing off trees, Bloodfin used Swan as a human shield and Tommy employed a bomb as a catapult. Call me crazy guys, but things are getting pretty twisted around here.

 

* Bloodfin pulled swan into the line of fire. He could hear her scream...and..he laughed as the Lazers pierced her body! Corran started to walk toward Bloodfin with hatred in his eyes. Bloodfin stood his ground still holding on to Swan and Laya but then He was hit with FORCE DISRUPTOR. His body went limp and He released his grip on the two Jedi. Bloodfin felt his force powers leave his body...He stared back at Corran and gripped his sabre and ignited it. Bloodfin charged at Corran with out hesitation but then Corran hit Bloodfin with a forcepush sending him crashing into the bulk head!....Bloodfin got up slowly...Corran was too powerful...His advantage was lost. He looked at Corran then at Laya and Swan then to Sokar...then back at Corran. Corran's attacks were filled with ANGER and he was treading closer to the DARKSIDE! He thought back to DISPICABLE and VADER'S teachings. " USE HIS HATRED" he thought to himself! Bloodfin got back to his feet but Corran wasn't finished with Bloodfin...He put Bloodfin in a force choke and lifted him off the ground....Bloodfin struggled holding his throat*


BLOODFIN: (clutching throat) YYYour ANGER is your your uuuundoing JEEEEDAI!

* Bloodfin struggled with the force choke but his force powers were returning slowly....as his force powers grew he channled all his energy. Bloodfin Fed on the Darkside energies in the room. The Force choke was taking it's toll on Bloodfin, his body was weak! Once Bloodfin felt the Darkside energies come back he used his last bit of strengh he had and launched a BOLT OF HATRED attack at CORRAN...all the Darkside energies that resided in Bloodfin were focused back at Corran*

::Corran's eyes flashed briefly to the side, making sure that Swan and LaYa were safely away. He could feel Swan's pain through their bond, and it cut his heart deeply. As a struggling Bloodfin unleashed a desperatation Bolt of Hatred at Corran, Corran released the Force Choke, dropping Bloodfin's body twenty feet to the hard ground, and whiped his hand out and redirected the blast of Darkside energy. The destruction force shot straight to the side, connecting with the Firespray that Bloodfin had been trying to reach. The explosion sent a shockwave through the hangar, but Corran didn't move one inch. He was still walking slowly and determidely towards Bloodfin, who was attempting to get up. With a nudge of the Force, Bloodfin's lightsabers went hurtling across the hangar::

Don't you dare try to lecture me about anger, worm. I have past beyond the mere levels of Light and Dark. The Darkside has no sway over me.

::Corran unleashed a powerful kick straight into Bloodfin's stomach::

* Bloodfin recieved a kick to his stomach from Corran. Bloodfin held his stomach and picked himself off the ground Blood trickled down the side of his mouth. Bloodfin looked behind him and could see his Lightsaber laying on the other side of the hanger. Corran didn't know that He had two Sabres which connected to make a double sabre. He calmly held the other sabre at his side. Bloodfin stood up and faced the Jedi. The Zabrak lifted his hood revealing a cold Deathhead visage. The red eyes stared directly at the Jedi.....*

BLOODFIN: YOU can never surpasss...the DARKSIDE! The Light is WEAK! I serve the true nature of the FORCE.

( Bloodfin ignited his Sabre the Crimson blade glowed in the poorly lit hanger...)

I took your two precious Jedi. I tortured them without mercy! Swan will remember what I did to her for the rest of her life and Laya hahaha she's one step closer to realising her destiny with the SITH!

( Bloodfin used the force to bring the other Sabre to his hand and ignited it! )

TIME TO DIE JEDI!

* Bloodfin Fed on the Darkside to make him stronger....Then he launched a Fierce Kick to Corran's chest knocking him off balance then followed up with a slash to Corran's neck and the other Sabre aimed at the Jedi's heart*

::Caught slightly offguard by the fact that Bloodfin was actually choosing to fight, Corran was nonetheless hardly fazed by the kick. Corran opened himself fully to the Force, reaching the power he had only tapped once before. The warmth of the Force flooded into him, and Corran's power soared, completely dwarfing that of the young Sith. When he spoke, Corran's voice was low, and echoed across the hangar::

Foolish Sith. I have bested your Master on several occasions. What chance do you honestly think you have against me?

::As Bloodfin slashed with one saber at Corran's neck, Corran didn't even ignite his sabers. He merely ducked and avoided the attack. Corran then turned his body to the side a fraction of a second later, as Bloodfin's second attack hit nothing but air. The missed lunge had left Bloodfin exposed, and Corran thrust his fist out, slamming it into the side of Bloodfin's face. Using his Mastered Force Speed, Corran slipped to the side and appeared behind Bloodfin in the blink of an eye, spinning and aiming a roundhouse kick into the small of Bloodfin's back::

Detection of Force Cloaked Capital Ships

Wolatarain engineers, when faced with the delima of the ability of the Jedi Master Corran to cloak an entire fleet, came up with a simple, yet effective counter. Using a device used by Wolatarain astronomers to measure and observe the gravity wells of stars, black holes and planets, they fit the same device on top of the Wolatarian Battle Ships(WBS). By detecting the gravity well created by a large ship(any ship over 800m, and heavily armor ships over 500m), they can pin point it's location fairly accuratly. Since the cloak covers the ships in the entire electro-magnetic spectrum, but the ships still exsist and their mass still warps the space/time plane. There is no known way to counter this form of detection, besides removing the fleet compleatly from the space/time plane(which is impossible).

Detection of Cloaked Fighters

Ion trails left behind from the cloaked fighters and bomber engines are easily detected once they leave to cloaked area, giving a fairly good idea of the location of the space craft. Which then in turn can be attacked by flak and AAA guns.

Wolatarian Flak Guns- Design and Operation

A Wolatarian flak gun is a weapon that has been in use for over 300 years in the Wolatarian Navy. Simple and effective, the rounds fired by the flak guns(Electro-magneticly fired), are a thin, steel jacket covering a thermite warhead. The warhead is a electricly ignited thermite reaction of Al(Aluminum) and Fe2O3(Iron Oxide). In the core is a magnesium blasting cap, that begins the reaction shown here:

Fe2O3(s) + 2 Al(s) = 2 Fe(s) + Al2O3

When the reaction occurs, a very large and negitive enthalpy change occurs, so much in fact, that the products are rasied to the point of the melting of iron. Surounding the reaction it thousands of small steel ball berrings. The reaction creates a flash of bright white light and blast molten steel and aluminum at high speeds, blasting out and forwards. Any craft to pass through the area, which expands a 15 feet at second, in the next 10 seconds simply comes apart, and the area is dangerous to unshielded craft after this, untill a clean up ship, with a magnetic plate, sweeps the area after the battle.

* Bloodfin was a master in the art of Lightsabre combat but when He tried to strike Corran...the Jedi master easily dodged his attacks. Bloodfin was overwhelmed! a Vicious kick to his back sent the Sith to the floor! Bloodfin coughed more blood and slammed his fist into the metal floor!...*

" YOU WON....JEDI....BUT THIS IS NOT OVER!"

* Bloodfin spotted Swan and Laya and the REC troopers tending to there wounds on the side of the hangerbay. Bloodfin Reached into a pouch on his belt and pulled out two thermal Detonators. He activated the Deadly devices and flung them directly at Swan and Laya! Then He used Force speed to get to the Hangerbay exit! Once he was through the door he used his lightsabre to seal the door shut. Then He headed for the bridge of the SSD. Because of the fight with Corran He didn't realise that Xen was still alive and locked in a cell. after several minutes He arrived at the bridge. Captain Ratchford was dead along with several other officers. The Shadowstar was finished...Bloodfin had only one choice....Destroy the Ship! Bloodfin looked around and saw a liutenant still breathing crawling on the floor!*

BLOODFIN: LIUTENANT...I need you to turn on the Self Destruct mechanism!....Is there an escape pod nearby?

LIUTENANT: There is one at the top of the tower! it's a special pod for the commanding officer it's fitted with a small warp drive.

BLOODFIN: The commanding officer is DEAD! turn on the self Destruct.... the Jedi are going to DIE today!!!!!

* While the Liutenant prepped the Self Destruct....Bloodfin used the force to Locate Xen! Once He found her He broke the locking mechanism with his sabre...She was weak so he draped her over his shoulder! Once they made it back to the hanger bay the Liutenant told him the sequence was ready!*

LIUTENANT: Everythings ready sir! Who is she?

BLOODFIN: None of your business!

LIUTENANT: BUT,BUT there's only room for two people in that pod?

BLOODFIN: your RIGHT! ( Bloodfin's Sabre jumped into his hand and he Decapitated the LIUTENANT where he stood. The limp body fell to the ground!

* Bloodfin looked at the Self Destruct screen...they would have 3 minutes to make it to the pod. Plenty of time for Bloodfin and Xen to escape! He pressed the Self Destruct button and headed up a ladder that was in the bridge. Bloodfin strapped him and xen into the pod and started the engine....the pod shot into space!.....using the boosters on the pod they just made it out of reach of the SSD SHADOWSTAR as it EXPLODED!....Bloodfin was upset that He lost his ship but was comforted by the fact that the Jedi died!*

Wolatarian Elite Ground Combat Forces

Vandar's best troops form a platoon of 24 troops that fight with Governor Oochy on the ground. They have deep blue uniforms with silver tassles handing from the sleaves. Well decorated, they have tall blue hats, with a silver medal centered on them. Armed with a single green lightsaber and a posslished silver handgun, they ride on a Venté. A bi-ped reptile, that runs at up to 40 MPH(Think a raptor). Well trained in combat tactics theyare the best of the best for the Wolatarian millitary.

 

OOC: You think a simple self-destruct can finish me off?

IC:

::As Corran saw the two silver orbs fly from Bloodfin, he reached out with the Force and grabbed them, redirecting them away from Swan. However, the distraction was enough to allow Bloodfin to escape out of the hangar. Corran scowled::

Live to die another day, Sith rat.

::Corran hurried over to where the R.E.C. Commander and the troopers were huddled behind the remains of the destroyed shuttle. Sokar and LaYa both looked bad, but atleast they were conscious. Corran's heart sank as his gaze fell across Swan. The Troopers had managed to banage her wounds, but blood still soaked her once beautiful dress; her skin was pale and, as Corran knelt down to touch it, cold. If it wasn't for the flicker of life he felt through their bond, he would have believed her dead. Corran's vision blurred as tears fought to the surface, but he blinked them back. Now wasn't the time. Looking up, Corran saw another Firespray docked in the corner of the hangar::

Make for that ship. Now!

::The R.E.C. Commander, leaned down and helped LaYa rise, and two of the Heavy Infantry Troopers supported Sokar between them. Very carefully, Corran lifted Swan into his arms, placing her arms around his neck. He strode across the hangar bay quickly but carefully, and when he reached the Firespray, the Infilitrators had successfully hacked into the ship's computer and overriden it's primary security features. The cargo ramp lowered and the troopers hurried aboard. Though slightly cramped, the Troopers fit inside the cargo area, creating make shift beds for the wounded, while the Commander and one of the Infiltrators headed for the cockpit. Corran took Swan to a smaller compartment, about the size of a closet and laid her down on the floor. He took off his cloak and laid it under her head. Suddenly, Corran caught the far off sense of anger and desperation, and a cold weight formed in the pit of his stomach as he realized what it meant. They didn't have much time. Once he was sure that Swan was stable, Corran hurried to the cockpit. The Commander was already attempting to power up the ship::

Commander: Sir, we're having a little trouble with the ship. It's got some extra security measures. It seems that Sith was pretty protective of his things.

::Corran turned to the Infiltrator, who was already opening his equipment pack, looking for his hacking supplies::

Corran: We don't have long. If the feelings I got were correct, Bloodfin is going to self destruct the SSD. He'd rather destroy the entire ship with us aboard that let us survive. Typical Sith cowardice. Can you override the security measures?

::The Trooper smiled lightly::

Infiltrator: Not a problem, sir. I have yet to find a computer I couldn't crack.

::With that, the trooper set to work. Corran returned to Swan's side and sat down beside her. The compartment they were in was silent and Corran took Swan's ice cold hand in his. Closing his eyes, Corran sank into a healing trance and tried to heal Swan's grievious wounds, hoping with all his soul that it would be enough. Back in the cockpit, after about a minute, the Infiltrator had successfully beaten the security of the ship, and the Commander brought the engines online::

Commander: Excellent job, Trooper. Inform the others to secure themselves for take off.

Infiltrator: All set, sir. No signs of tracking devices either, so we're safe to leave. Hangar bays opening now. Better make it fast sir, reports from the central computer of the SSD indicate that the Self-Destruct has indeed been initiated. We've got about 2 minutes to get far enough away from this thing before she blows.

::The Commander nodded and brought the replusorlifts up, bringing the ship out of the hangar and into space. Throttling up the engines, the Firespray shot away from the SSD and made for deep space, desperate to get out of the gr

 

IC:

Governer Oochy

//The Wolatarian destroyer reverted from hyperspace 120,000 miles away from the planet, Ryson IV, after a long series of jumps. The massive fleet of the system was clearly visible, and dwarfed anything Oochy had ever seen in one place at one time. On small ship wouldn't be a threat, but his was not to battle on a large scale, but attempt what worked on the 'Vong for him. It was insane, but if he could get past the fleet, and on the ground... It was nuts he told himself, but he had no choice. Once on the surface, he could attack with the small strike force, and perhaps take out key leaders of this alien world. His sabers and pistol cliped to his side, and in his full space suit, he climbed into a PX-39 Fighter, and sat down in the pilots seat. His gunners already in their posistions, the hanger cleared and the doors opened. The air tore out of the hanger in a gust of ice crystals. The engines powered up with a bluish tint and four fighters and one Etana slowly headed out of the ship. Gravity disapered as soon as the left the hanger and anything loose floated around. Oochy fired his manuvering engines and turned towards the fleet. The destroyer jammed their detectors and weapon aiming systems. Slowly the craft headed for the planet, a 15 minute trip.

"Alpha flight, report in." Oochy said

"Alpha 2, here."

"Alpha 3, standing by."

"This is Alpha 4 here."

"Alpha 5 heavy, ready to go."

 

OOC: The Wolatarian destroyer reverted from hyperspace 120,000 miles away from the planet, Ryson IV

WRONG!!!

As I said earlier, the Rysonian Empire is surrounded by a series of black hole and star clusters, making it almost impossible to find. I made the reference to the Isle de Muerte in Pirates of the Caribbean, in that you can't find it unless you already know where it is.

Oochy, you're fleet is no where near Ryson IV.

OOC: I won't touch the physics on this one, but I think I have said 3 or 4 times I've hacked you system while you were just a Level 3 Sith, next door to me. Also I have said General Oochy, never trusted you, so began to learn everything about you? General Oochy knew where your system was and so passed the info to Ootae, who'd have no problem handing it to the new Governor Oochy.

 

OOC: I don't remember you saying anything about you hacking into my computer.

Plus, I never said the coordinates for Ryson IV were in my computer while I was with the Sith. They would have been aboard Knight Fall, which you could not hack into.

OOC: Can you not just play along? I do with everything you say, when you attack. You Jedi have some issues. I hacked the computer, just say they were on there, and move along, the OOC and the disagreeing on stuff is starting to bring the RPG down. Dispicable is right, you guys don't play fair. Name how many battles we have won??

 

OOC: I'm not just going to play along if what you're going for makes no sense. My character would never leave vital information laying around in his computer, and I'm not going to pretend that he would just so you can start another battle. Ryson IV is supposed to be the safe place of the Jedi right now, as I've been trying to make it. I'm not just going to throw that away so you can have a thrill.

*Jason went to the medbay to see how Master Angel was faring...but the Medical Personal wouldn't let him in to see her...so he sat down in the foyer outside and sent strength to her*

* BLOODFIN watched from the window of his escape pod as the SHADOWSTAR erupted and blaze of White hot light lit the interior of the pod and then subsided! all was dark as the pod drifted through space. The Liutenant said that this pod had a hyperdrive. Bloodfin searched the cabin for the controls. Once he found them he punched in the cooridinates to get back to LORD DISPICABLE's ship. Bloodfin took one last look back at the void! He said to himself "There's no way the jedi could survive that" but then Bloodfin felt a familiar presence....in the distance he could see a ship enter hyperspace! Bloodfin watched with an emotionless expression...then turned back to the controls*

BLOODFIN: I underestimated you Jedi! Your friends got in the way....Next time we meet YOU WILL join the DARKSIDE..(pausing)..in DEATH!!!!.........LAYA!

( The escape pod shot into hyperspace and disappeared! )

OOC: Okay, Whatever, once againI'm going to go along with what you say. Me and Dispicable have cooked up another idea. I would like to know how your people survive that sort of radioation, but NM.
