Yeah, people already pointed that out in the comments, that 100 m rise is too much. It's fictional maps, anyway. And quite interesting, which fulfils the requirements of this thread.

The results were extremely close on the national level, but with typically left-leaning, French-speaking cantons largely voting against, and Italian-speaking areas largely voting in favor (apparently amidst fear-mongering about Italians coming across the border to work and drive down wages). The German-speaking cantons (with the exception of Zurich) were also carried by the anti-immigration vote, although there was a clear urban-rural divide in these areas:
