Yup. Plus, Google has announced plans to build a super campus in the downtown area across the street from the Shark Tank/HP Pavilion. Of course, you have Apple down the 280 freeway with their flying saucer super campus.

I've lived in San Jose for about 27 years, and I'm glad I don't live there anymore.
