Arena The 2023 NASCAR weekly pick-em game: Turning Left and Taking Names.

Welcome everybody, the playoff pickem I hosted last season went well, so I’ve decided to give a season long pickem game a go. Don’t worry this one is remarkably simple so even if you aren’t a huge NASCAR fan you should be able to participate, and I hope you do!

The Rules:

1. Once a week before the race you either post here or PM me which driver you are picking for that weeks race (since I’m the host, out of fairness I’ll be making my pick publicly but you don’t have to). The only restriction is that you can’t pick the same driver two weeks in a row.

2. That’s it, it’s really that easy

Scoring

1. The player receives the amount of points the driver they picked earned in the race. At the end of the season the player with the most points wins.

So without further ado, let’s begin.

Man...I turned the race on late, and my guy was in the lead!

And about 10 seconds after I registered that and started to get excited, he got passed by the Sith Lord of NASCAR.

Luckily, that didn't last either.

Those overtime restarts are great theater for wreck lovers.
But they don't provide the best results for a 500 mile race, do they?
