Census **The Apples to Apples Game** -- game has winners

Hello, and welcome to the Apples to Apples Game. I am prj1, your host.

This card game with a very strange twist was adapted for the JC. Here is how it works.

At the beginning of each game I will pm everyone their first set of seven red apple cards. These cards are all nouns or noun phrases, such as Canada or The Spanish Inquisition.

Every round one player will serve as the current judge.

I will post a green apple card, which are all adjectives such as this: Mean (malicious, ill-tempered, petty). The players who aren?t judging will pick a red apple card they think fits the meaning and send their card choice to me via pm within 24 hours.

You could choose to be a serious player by sending a practical card such as Adolf Hitler, or you can play something ridiculous such as Hangnails.

After the time is up, I will post the green apple choices for the judge. The judge then has 24 hours to PM me the card he or she chooses. The player whose card is chosen gets 1 point.

While the judge is choosing, the other players can PM me with the green apple card they think the judge will choose. The players who correctly guess what the judge will choose also receive 1 point.

After the first round is over, I will PM everyone a new red apple card so players always have 7 to choose from. Then we will begin again, with the second player on the list as the judge.

If a player misses sending in, he or she is out. However, if a player sends in a card but does not guess what the judge will pick, it will not count as a missed round.

Actually, the note said, "Don't judge yet, I forgot a card." I forgot to post a Red Card that was PMed to me when I posted the choices yesterday, but I corrected the error within minutes.
