I'd drop Saka for Lingard based on form and experience
Phillips for Ward-Prowse because I thing Ward-Prowse is a better player

I forgot about Rice's recent knock.

Don't get me wrong, we can take in players getting over knocks, at least we don't have a Beckham/Rooney broken foot situation this time.

I'm still struggling with four right backs though.

Benitez would be a good appointment for Everton.

No reason it can't happen, he'd surely have better financial support there than he got at Newcastle.

It's weird Greenwood pulled out of the England squad with an injury yet Rashford is staying and he's played injured repeatedly pretty much all season.

greenwood wasn't going to see much playing time, whereas rashford and kane should start every game. the experience of training with the team and going through the process of an international tournament would have been good (and will be good for saka, who is likely in the same position), but nothing wrong with prioritizing his health and getting ready for the next campaign with united.

if conte gets spooked away from the spurs job bc it got leaked that levy was begging the guy he fired two years ago to come back, it will be the best thing other than gerrard to everton

conte has four serie a titles, two domestic italian cups, a premier league title, a europa league cup, and an fa cup.

poch has one domestic french cup with psg, which is the equivalent of a participation trophy. nothing else.

leave it to daniel levy to make a hash of this.

Rashford isn't fit enough to play every game.
Running himself into the ground for England & United is not a good idea, he hasn't been 100% for months.

He needs a rest.

with carlo returning to madrid, bale should get another chance there. i hope he stays healthy and plays great. 11 goals in 20 appearances for spurs this year was not bad at all.

Sounds like Sancho to United is gaining serious momentum. Rumor is £80 million in up-front transfer fee, plus up to £20 million more in add-ons, based on Sancho and team performance.

Seems like good business for both sides, though it'll be really tough to replace Sancho at BVB.
