Yes, college. Glad I have the week off from my summer course.

 

Man, I gotta drive an hour round trip to get to mine, three times a week. I'm always broke.

I'm going to live on campus again.


Which is the odd thing about this whole situation...I'm a transfer student, already have a room assignment, and a major...yet no classes? WHAT. THE. KRIFF.

 

All of this talk of college makes me feel so old.

I took college classes for a bit but I was completely overwhelmed with life and so didn't do so well. I'm wanting to try again some time...

 

That's extremely messed up, Skyguy.

Speaking of messed up schools, I graduated in June and they called me about a week ago telling me I've yet to pick my classes for the next year.
Evidently I'm still a student.

 

lol that's almost as bad as my high school (which recently was closed on a semi-permanent basis for sucking).

I know what you mean. My first semester caught me off guard and messed me up. I still don't like it, but I'm trying.

 

Yeah. I had just moved out, started having to do everything myself, inc paying bills, and so on and so forth...

 

As I said...I liked my first year. I had a good floor of people, and none of my teachers (aside from the history one that constantly put me to sleep anyway ) were bad.

 

You did finish all your classes and not missing a credit? Otherwise they forgot to take off the call list...

 

Most of my teachers were pretty good, except for my cultural diversity teacher who thought the sun shone out of his rear.

 

I had 4 credits more than I needed. They forgot to take a number of us off the list.

Colleges and universities must be the same everywhere exactly the same happened to me when I'd graduated.

Think all of the difficulties are half the test to be honest and shows employers you can deal with it all. Don't give up its WELL worth it folks.

I had a teacher who was the same way, JFett. I got appendicitis and he ignored the doctor's note, saying I had "skipped classes". As a result, my mark was a 42% in the class. I had to get it up to an 80+ to keep my average. Worst year ever.
(I did it though, I got an 87.)
