Finally found Holocaust vs. Exodus... ::Sniff:: Makes me want to draft my boy again...

But alas, there's someone near and dear to my heart, who would never get picked unless I do it with this last pick.

I reach out now to hero teams to remember: Holocaust can work with heroes. He's done it before, even Blink who is on his top 5 most hated people list I'm sure. And goodness knows you hero teams are starved for power. Come on somebody give ole Holo a spot eh?

 

That was a specific incident though. I don't think he would like it, at all. (Though I have considered drafting him.)

And what makes you think that I'm not gonna draft Holocaust, Yak? I mean... I'm not ( ), but he was on a very short list of three that I was considering. Much as I'm not entirely sure I want another brick at this point, that's what I keep coming back to. Got enough brains on the bench already, methinks, and besides, of the three brainy/techy picks was considering, one definitely wouldn't play nice with someone on my team, another seems like he would be neutered by the time travel restrictions in this draft and I just can't stand the last one. So yeah, it's back to one of the several high-quality bricks left on the board. Almost settled on Holocaust (yes, I know he's not a pure brick, but it's what he seems to rely on most), but then I decided to roll the dice on a new name.

Based on what I've seen, I'm going to go ahead and assume that these Invincible guys are going to get themselves some respect here, so I definitely feel confident on this one. By all accounts, he seems to be the "Doomsday" of his universe. Based on some casual and complete ownage of characters that are at least Superboy level, and also one of Yak's most favorite things in the whole wide world (that being that we have no idea whatsoever about what it would take to defeat him), I'm gonna go ahead with the Battle Beast to finish things off.

Oh, and yeah, decided to use a perfectly good team name I was gonna use for an off-site draft that never got off the ground. No reason to let it go unused forever.
