FACT: Biker Scouts are smaller *made that up because Stormtrooper armour is made for 6' guys so after watching Return of the Jedi last night decided Biker Scouts are smaller*

 

FACT: I figured out that you could probably get away with Biker Scout armour because the pieces don't cover the whole body. You'll be alright, it'll just be the trousers rolled up two dozen times so they don't hang too far over your knee pads that may cause a problem.
