I've been busy for the past couple of days. With Thanksgiving and all.

Well I was watching "A Christmas Carol (The old black and white version.) on Turner Classic Movies last night. It was a pretty good little black and white film. Fast paced but good.

Anyways when the Ghost of Christmas Future came on I noticed he looked a lot like Darth Sidious from TPM. I swear. He had the cloak on, the hidden face, (I could only see the lower region of his face like his mouth and chin. And whenever he faced the camera he was always frowning much like TPM's Darth Sidious) and everything but his bony hands were covered. He didn't speak for some reason but he was cool. He looked just like Sidious with his TPM cloak on.

Lets just say he became my favorite out of three Christmas ghosts.

 

Congradulations guys! And JK32, now that you mention it, I do see the resemblence between the two. Kind of uncanny, if you ask me.

 

Death Incarnate...sounds charming...and oh so fitting.

Ian would be pleased.

Greetings, fellow FIGSers. Nice to see everyone again, and kudos for the 12000-post mark. The flow of Ian-gushing is great indeed.

Alas, it appears that Ariadne has not returned. Perhaps her hindsight shall return in time to the FIGS. It was amusing to encourage her rise to power for a time, but until her return, I shall join you all as equals in the pursuit of enlightening the masses of Ian's greatness.

I myself have overdosed, having seen Episode III more times than mere mortals should. There's no such thing as too much Ian.

Again, nice to see this thread still lives. Carry on the good fight.

Where are the good old times, where you coulnt read as fast as we were posting .

Times have changed indeed, but that's the way of things, the way of Ian's will.

But we must remember the good old moments and share new ones as much as possible. We should not feel obligated to post over here each day. We must post when we are in the mood to post, when we want to share something.

All our goals have been achieved and honestly, there's nothing much left to look forward too: Star Wars is basicly over and I don't think these JC forums will continue to be as active as they used to be.

But still, I really care about FIGS. There's just something about this thread... it's kinda like our little baby that we raised alltogether, that has grown up over years.

Anyway, FIGS will continue to live on forever. I'm sure I'll remember the great moments we had over here till the day I die. Seriously, I'll. FIGS is more than a thread, it's something unique we created and should be proud of.

Nearly all our goals have been met, CHINA.

There is still Global Domination to Achieve. This is Ground Zero... The Epicenter of the FIGS MOVEMENT. IAN Has Delivered HIS MESSAGE and it is up to Us to Spread it.

What has Changed is the TIMETABLE. No Longer are we under the gun, racing against time. Now We have the Luxury of one of IAN's Most Important Teachings: Patience. Our Plans now can be Surgical, Precise... Wheras Before We Had to Use a Blunt Hammer to Achieve HIS WILL.

We Must Use This Time Afforded to us Wisely. We Must Not Stagnate. But We Need Not Rush. Quality of Action Will Now Make Up For Quantity. There is Strength in FIGS... and as Long as FIGS Exists, it Will Always Be a Resevoir of Strngth and Inspiration for It's Members.

IAN Wishes us to be Here for the Long Haul. I Carried the Torch for Decades after ROTJ... And Now that ROTS Has Come And Gone, I Plan to Carry the Torch and Prolestisize Untill My Dying Day.

It is a great gift to be a part of this glorious organization devoted solely to achieving the will of Ian.

I too reveled in the CORRECTED version of "The Empire Strikes Back" where the GOD took his rightful place.

I also loved "Revenge of the Sith" where the GOD totally stole the show and put everyone in their place.

But above all, "Return of the Jedi" where Ian was at his most diabolical grandeur.

I love the prequels, as each feature the GOD, "The Phantom Menace" where the GOD sets his glorious plans into motion.

"Attack of the Clones" where he is granted the tools to crush his enemies by those who rightfully fall at his feet.

Indeed, the amount of time that this thread has spent on Page 2 is problematic. And it may be of no surprise to you that it is not only pathetic beings such as us to whom this has become a matter of concern. A Giant Blue Hologram appeared to me in my bedroom last night, and it instructed me to "Do what must be done, Lord Lear".

And so, by Divine Instruction, I am commanded to ask: how many of you have made a genuine sacrifice for Him? How many of you have experienced physical labour, having expended strength and energy, for Him? And how many of you have gone further by actually sacrificing part of your bodily substance for Him? And how many of you have done both of these things and actually performed the Sacred Rite of .........ion over a picture, photograph, or other faithful representation, of Him?

I am an Actor. I am Currently playing the Roll of Ebenezer Scrooge in "Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol" by Tom Mula. This is A Roll IAN would be DIVINE in... and there is more than a little Sidious in My Interpratation of the Roll.

When Acting I Always Look to My Little Wrist Bracelet: WWID? (What Would IAN Do?)

A Funny Side Note... The Actor Who is Playing Christmas Present is Doing a Christopher Lee Impersonation. So there is a few scenes in the show where we have Sidious/Tyranus Debates on the Nature of Christmas, and what should Ethicly Drive a Man, for Enthusiastic Audiences.

I am Doing this Production Profesionally in The Methow Valley in Rural Washington State. There is this strange but cool little Artist Community Out here in what I assumed was the Middle of Nowhere.... They Paid for me to Relocate, Set Me Up in a Swanky Pad for the Duration of the Production, And Pay Me Better than Any Show I Have Yet Been In. Unfortunatley I have not Had Access to the Internet lately, and My Access Will continue to be Spotty Untill the New Year.

FIGSERS Will Continue Their Posting It is Inevitable that we will Reach the 20,000 Post Mark. It is Our Destiny.

It is Nice that THE LUCAS and his company are making the push in the local trades to see that HE gets the Recognition HE so Richley Deserves!

When last I was here the power struggle had reared its ugly head again and my injection of actual Ian news in the guise of his part in "Elizabeth" was ignored.
