Thought that was a pretty good final issue for phase I.

It gave Keeve a full arc.

    This was a fine ending.

So what do we think about Skeer- MIA or KIA? I'd be fine if it were the latter, but he's a super tough cookie, so I can see him making it out. Also apparently Vernestra was on board somewhere, but there's kind of a gap in her story between the ending of Mission to Disaster and here, so she's a real unknown quantity, same with Buckets of Blood.

    SPOILER for TFS book.

If I remember right in Avar's scene at the end of TFS where she goes running up to Elzar she came in with a group of people. It wasn't just her by herself or just Keeve.

So I would imagine that after that scene with Avar and Keeve other people came in in their own escape pods.

Also it seems the general rule in fiction is if you don't see them die then they aren't dead.

Don't forget the weekly releases thread -- I've been listing the contents of the TPBs as their release dates come around. Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see in my updates there -- I haven't gotten any feedback since taking over from TTT.

Oho, TTT found a willing vic - ahem, volunteer did he?

This one was particularly odd as most listings only gave #11-15 despite the page count. Previews did have the full info, they may be the only ones.

Does anyone else think that the Kiffar-Twi'lek Master-Padawan combo is uncannily close to Quinlan Vos and Aayla Secura? They even have the same lightsaber blade colors. The Duursema variant cover really drives this home.

I do find it very strange we're jumping back.

    But.

I imagine it's so we understand how the Jedi beat the Force Monster thingies before.

I like that their Jedi robes are closer to the PT garb, without all the gold trim. It's still odd to me that even the phase 1 mission robes are trimmed with gold.

More Jedha is always good. I want more depth on the spirituality of the place, but it looks like we are once again rushing headlong into conflict.

Seems like Guardians of the Whills' fashion is rather constant.

Im not familiar with this kind of darksider, but I’m glad non-Sith ones are showing up.

A good way to have some dark vs light side in the High Republic era without using Sith, since a Jedi can’t encounter a Sith and live to tell the tale in this era.

If anyone was going to drag the Sorcerers of Tund into canon, it was going to be Cavan Scott. A shiny nickel says he goes all the way and this one turns out to be Rokur Gepta himself.

I wonder how old the Sorcerers are in canon.

    Certainly they are pre-High Republic.

Im curious how long they will last, I suspect they are extinct by Phase 1

Interesting that there seems to be some conflict between the jedi and the guardians here, they were described as friendly or even reverant elsewhere. Maybe we will see how that relationship was forged in the first place.
