The Bad Batch The Kaminoans Krazy Kloning Konundrum (spoilers)

If they’re going by Legends, there’s a lot inside of Mount Tantiss that isn’t cloning tech, a bunch of experimental technology and weapons. We might see cyborg enhancements being done, cloaking etc

 

Maybe this is where early dark troopers are made.

 

Only if they are made that way. Boba has no advanced aging from what I remember. Palpatine is looking for a potential new body, so I think advanced aging with its resulting shorter lifespan would be the last thing Palpatine would want.

Or Death Troopers. I remember there being some implications that something freaky was going on with them.

 

Death troopers is my guess as well. Cyborg clones could be interesting, like taking Techno union's experiment with Echo and developing it further.

 

What if take page from other franchise and. Take nature creates and experiments on them making new monsters and half droids.

 

Sound like whatever it is will be disturbing. Probably a combination of making death troopers, force sensitives, and some secret ingredient locked away within Omega.

 

What if we meet a new version and new evolution of Jango Fett DNA. A hybrid clone.

 

Sources say they might be creating a new form of Clone listed under the title of "Dank Trooper" but this is still to be confirmed...

 

I hope we see little of Nala Sa and Mount Tantiss in the Bad Batch season 2, two episodes premiere. Just a little tease of the cloning projects she will be apart of with other kaminoans and Imperial scientist.

 

I hope we get a lot of Legends Easter eggs when we go to Mount Tantiss.

 

I wonder if they will try early cloning of force users but they all end in failures. Captured jedi experiments on.

IIRC in legends clones made from Force users had a tendency to go mad. Something to do with one presence in the Force being spanned across multiple physical beings while they were gestating. The problem was got around IIRC by growing Force sensitive clones in the presence of Ysalamiri.

First version Death trooper or Dark trooper coming from Mount Tantiss?

 

I’d put more stock in Proto-Dark Troopers than Death Troopers. As we see in Rebels and the Thrawn novels the Death Troopers aren’t as frankensteined as people would assume, merely enhanced.

 

With new episode we got beginning of the cloning projects. Zillobeast and hints of Palpatine's future plans.

 

Also a new character who might be behind creating all new cloning projects, Doctor Hemlock. Who needs Nala Sa.

 

Looks like she was right this time.

Given there were references to multiple cloning projects, should be interesting to see what else the empire has been up to.

 

Spaarti Clone cylinders, hopefully.

 

Wonder if in this case the name will be the same, since in the EU cylinders were made by Spaarti Creations.

 

It wouldn’t surprise me if they mentioned the name and didn’t provide any context. It’s like Mt Tantiss, Hemlock mentioned “Tantiss” but haven’t specified it’s the name of the facility and not the planet (which is Wayland).
