Shout out to Kyrie Irving for somehow playing well enough and maneuvering himself into another position to make a run at a title.

A lot was said about him and how bad of a locker room guy he was, but the Mavs and Luka seem to adore the guy and his play on the court has been nothing short of marvelous.

I mean shooting 70% through three quarters is just… insane

Brunson's hand is done. And the Knicks look about as done. Great run for Nova, though.

My only hope against the Celtics now is Process Hero TJ McConnell.

I turned it off when the Pacers had 24 out of 30 shots made, which is 80%.

I understand that the Knicks' defense was not at their usual good to great levels, but that is absurd, and it was killing the Knicks mentally but also did not allow for any kind of hustle where they could chop away the difference. And then it went 29/38, which is also ridiculous. They are currently 46 of 69, I mean.... you're not supposed to do this ever, let alone in a Game 7 :p

I feel sad for Brunson, what an anticlimactic way to end his season.

I do not like this Pacers team. Haliburton complains almost as much as Luka does, yet receives no criticism, and I don't particularly like the smug faces of some of their players. I do have to say I love what TJ McConnell brings to the game, he should probably be a starter in a different NBA team.

Look, someone needs to say it. This would not have ended this way if the Knickerbockers had kept Ryan Arcidiacono on their roster. Splitting up Villanova was daft enough but removing the guard who went godmode for the Wildcats leads to this.

Conversely, Larry Bird wins no matter what.

This is a month late, but I want to mention something related to this, which is that the quality of play was really high. Lesser teams were out and the worst team that made the bubble went undefeated (Phoenix).

Maybe it's an asterisked title, but there's something to be said for putting yourself in position to win during unusual times. The Spurs kicked off their long run in 1999 by coming out of the lockout ready to do well.

Speaking of those Lakers, any idea what happened to their coach? I wonder how he's doing.

All these blow outs lately have made me quite uninterested in most of these games. Today we had a Game 7 and it was for the most part boring. I hope the Wolves can chop away on the difference, because if it's another game where the lead is in the double digits for the majority of the game, I will be forced to actually do some work on the side.

The Wolves are in the bonus with 8 minutes remaining in the 2nd quarter, simply because Gobert was fouled 4 consecutive times while Jokic was out.

Definitely not the most exciting NBA Playoff Sunday with back to back Game 7's.

However, at least this 2nd game now has turned into a nail biter.
It's going to be great until the end I think.

The Wolves are a sight to behold.

Naz Reid with the highlight of the playoffs so far, impressive block on Jokic and then a glorious dunk on the other side of the court.

Amazing play by the TWolves down the stretch. Naz Reid was clutch. Glad to see a TWoves vs Mavs conference finals

Go Wolves. What a terrific series this has been. And stressful, especially this game.
    Good series Denver.
Let's win this next game and go from there Wolves. Wow.

If Minnesota and Denver want to give us a seven game series every year for the next five years, I'm good with that.

New poll is up. Part of me wanted the Celtics from the East because it would be a good Finals, but then I realized I'd be rooting for the Celtics so Meteor it is (sorry Pacers but the Knicks loss is too raw)
