You are right, this isn't the Mandalorian Wars. Since then, we have gotten much better technology, but you Jedi still fight with those same old weapons. Even without the shield, my beskar will take quite a bit of effort to cut through, even with a lightsaber. Also, you forgot one thing.

*looks at Basilisk looming up behind her*

Mandalorians always fight together. And they communicate very well. Hence the ruse to get you off your guard.

*pulls a E11 pillow blaster*
