Ahsoka The score of Ahsoka

Let’s talk about one part of the show I am really looking forward to more then anything. The score!

I have the utmost faith that Kevin Kiner will deliver.

 

Kevin Kiner (and his team) have delivered some of the most memorable musical moments in all of Star Wars history, which is really saying something, considering the flawless legacy of John Williams. He started right alongside Ahsoka, in The Clone Wars, and gave her a beautiful, timeless theme equal to some of the most iconic themes from the entire franchise. I can't wait to hear him accompany her ascension to her own show.

It's like George Lucas said: "Remember, in the end... you're not looking at the background, you're not watching the [action]... you're listening to the music."

 

Ahsoka 2 - 1 Baylan

I'm hope the music will be epic too. The soundtrack to pretty much all the series' has been good to great.

 

I’ll be very curious to see how the Kiners adapt their Thrawn theme into this.

 

Im stil sad that Shirley dont use in Book of Boba Fett , a Boba Fett theme from The Clone Wars

 

So far Goransson holds the crown for Star Wars TV. But here's to hoping Kiner can rival him!

Nothing stood out for me, but it was all good none the less.

 

I loved the score.

 

The music during the end credits was particularly good.

Yeah, I'm gonna need the soundtrack. Love the credits piece in particular, with the orchestration and that mixing of themes. Hearing Sabine's theme come in when she's looking at the drawings on the T-6 got me good.

Musically, the first scene with Ahsoka reminded me of this.

 

Glad I wasn't the only one blinking away tears during that moment. A perfect example of music's emotional power.

 

Score was sublime. And felt fresh and new for Star Wars. Also, we got something that sounded like a 90s indie girl band from Japan for scooter action scene. Whats not to like.

 

Score was definitely "different," but worked well.

 

I'd put the Boba score pretty close, too.

 

Hope that Marrok will have a scene with good old "Enter the Inquisitor" soundtrack.

 

Far and away the best scoring for any of the live action D+ shows thus far, imo. Kiner’s willingness to lean heavily into the leitmotifs is paying dividends.
