Im expecting Trump to be about to pardon the turkey and end up talking about how instead how he is going to use that pardon on someone who actually needs it. Like some random flunky, or perhaps a handbag designer. After pardoning random person, he will talk about how it is the most beautiful turkey in the country, has the most amount of meat, and is the hugest turkey in America. And so he has to eat it because he gets to as the president. And then on live broadcast he breaks the turkeys neck and lops its head off while smiling.

 

The US govt should throw the caravan a giant feast on Thanksgiving and put those 5000 troops to work cooking, making spaces to eat, getting all the dishware, etc. They could also check if anyone needs medical care after their long journey.

You seem incapable of even trying to understand someone's else point-of-view, and in fact approach every argument through the lens of white grievance. Given that the dominance of white privilege is a major part of American history (that continues to this day) and inherently involves the exploitation of women and minorities, doing so makes you look disingenuous at best, and clueless at worst.

 

I most certainly do. What I don't do is blame white Americans of today for what their ancestors did, Egyptians of today for what their ancestors did to the Israelites, Germans of today for the Holocaust, and so on.
