I can't beleive that [link=http://www.pixel2life.com/]Pixel 2 Life[/link] didn't make the list. It's by far the most complete site I've found dedicated to webdesign. They have a gigantic database of tutorials for dozens of software to aid in the design of websites.

I'm surprised the Mozilla Firefox Extension [link=http://fireftp.mozdev.org/]FireFTP[/link] hasn't been mentioned. Its probably the best Free FTP program out there, at least if you use Firefox, IMO.
