What happened to plo's lightsaber?

the Yellow lightsaber is awesome, too bad he has a blue one now

I loved the yellow one on Jedi Power Battles and for his figure on the Power of the Jedi figure line. Now we have an orange one! So confusing...

 

D'you guys ever switch saber colors in JK2? I'd pick some character wearing black (multiplayer) and give him an orange saber, in low-lighted areas, he looks so intimidating... it's sweet

Lucas does not really go by the EU. Every since EU has started it has since become an alternate universe to Lucas's story and not an expansion (it should be called AU not EU).

Everything from stormtrooper origin, Boba's origin, and lightsaber colors in different from EU to Lucas's story.

Most likely as far as Lucas is concerned Plo Koon NEVER had a yellow saber. In Lucas's story yellow, crimson, orange, silver, plum, bronze, turquoise, etc. sabers do not and never have existed.

 

According to the book "Offical physics of the starwars universe" yellow sabers could not be employed in the battle of Geonosis because of timporian radiation created by the rings of the planet, which negates the energy of yellow lightsabers.[i/]

Lucas sure has got one hell of a team making excuses. Anyways, he lost his saber sometime between Episodes I and II and got a new one.

 

Ill betcha that all the Jedi Council higher ups have built several lightsabers over their long careers as Jedi.
Just before the battle of Geonosis:
Plo: Hmmm, yellow or blue?
Kit: Dammit Plo, were leaving in like two minutes!!!
Plo: OK, Ok. Ill just take old Betsi (grabs blue saber).

Speaking of Plo, Id like to see him die in ep.3 when Anikan rips his mask off,and then Plo then suffocates in oxygen. Plus, we get ta see what he really looks like under there.
Yeah, yeah, i know my minds twisted...

[sarcasm]Yes and I'm Plo Koon lost his yellow, Saesee Tiin lost his purple, and Ki-Adi-Mundi lost his purple and all of them replaced their sabers with a green or blue one.[/sarcasm]

Lucas has confirmed that the only saber colors that exist in his films are red, blue, and green (Sam Jackson's purple being the ONLY exception to this). Notice in the arena green and blue are the ONLY saber colors.
