ST What type of Lightsaber will Rey craft?

One that vibrates....

 

I'm predicting we'll see the pikesaber for the first time, mainly because it will give the fight choreographers something new and different to work with.

For blade color, I'd like to see pure white.

 

I'm hoping for yellow/orange, but i actually think its gonna be white for some reason

 

Double-bladed & violet: A perfect blend of blue and red to signify Rey's combined light and dark tendencies. Staff-like to fit Rey's fighting style.

Imagine Jaina as Episode IX Rey, with the other end of her blade just out of frame. Imagine that being Kylo at the bottom.

 

I think white would actually be cool. I'm hoping for yellow, though. One thing I never liked was Lucas' insistence that Jedi lightsabers can only be blue and green (with the exception of Windu, of course), and Sith red. I would like to see more colours.

 

Will the Republic try and claim the lightsabre from her for it's Kyber Crystal, in order to power their own Death Star? Their Free Star.

 

I would love to see Rey Use Double-bladed lightsaber as she is experianced in fighting like that. i have never seen a light Force user use Double-bladed lightsabers before.

 

I would say that she would work better with a light pike. She has experience with a staff but a double bladed lightsaber hilt is small compared to what she is use to so that would take a lot of time. However a light pike could just be her staff with a lightsaber blade on one end.

 

Normal saber please. Save the gimmicks for disposable villains.

 

3 Blades or NOTHIN!

 

Like The Onion article that predicted Gillette's Mach 5: We're doing five blades.

 

After re watching the SWTOR cinematics, I definitely want Rey to wield a double bladed saber like Satele Shan. Would be epic.

 

Next thing you'll want is for her to spin her double bladed saber so fast she could use it to fly around...

 

Rey will be wielding Flaming Batons.

 

I want to see the double-blade as well:

-I'm very much in the "the weapon should match the particular wielder's personal skillset camp."
-Rey is most comfortable using a staff (she even uses the Bespin saber like it's a staff). So a double-bladed lightsaber would fit her well.
-It'd be cool for a hero to wield a "specialized blade" for once.
-As a fan of the Shan women, seeing something like that on film would be EPIC for me!

But, I kind of feel like if it happens, it won't be until IX. Like she'll use the Bespin saber, then something will happen to it, and then she'll do the whole "right of passage" build your own lightsaber thing.

DarthZ07 that was the first episode of Rebels I tried to watch just to see what it was about and after I saw the flying lightsaber character, I was done...

 

It's actually a pretty good show. I admit the flying lightsabers was stupid but the episode they appear in was one of the best.
