How can jailbait be a flame?

It means an attractive girl who is not of legal age yet.
There is nothing flaming about that.
Pretty much the same as the word minor except that you are saying the girl is HOT. Which is the opposite of a flame ironically.

 

GIMER, the answer to that has already been posted here. For some people, "jailbait" carries the connotation that the minor is trying to get older guys to have sex with her.


Just for the record, I have asked several people to not call me "jailbait." What do you want me to do, put it in my sig?


Also beezel, you did NOT quote me correctly when you posted my pic, because I quite distinctly remember putting a tongue emoticon next to my post. To most people, this is a blatant sign saying "I'M ACTUALLY JOKING." Just because I happen to be sitting on a couch does not mean I am trying to be provocative.

Now, as much as I can remember, here is a comprehensive list of the pictures of Ostrich and Yane that we have posted:

I am sorry, but none of those seem particularly provocative. While it is true that we do like attention, there is nothing wrong with that. IRL I basically never have people who aren't family members tell me I am pretty and from time to time, SHALLOW AS IT MAY SEEM, I do enjoy being told that. But I am not at fault when people act like pervs, because I am not "encouraging" them by posting pics of me in a peasant outfit holding a bouquet.

The Yane/O_S pics always seemed like they were messing around with photography.

Edit: I suggested if you are offended by such pics, you invest in an adult content filter.

Or we could include a strict moral code into the TOS, something like that:

Hah. The administration AGREES with posting underage porn. Besides, the really fat chick - Emu_Rivetter or whatever - showed one of her ANKLES and got away with it.

Sorry, the "bottom line" of her preference has nothing to do with what we are talking about.
In the definition of the word it is not a flame.

She may not like the term and may prefer not to be called it but the TOS really doesn't cover what you prefer or don't prefer.

The bottom line is - is it a flame? If so, then they should be told to stop it. If not, then she needs to get thicker skin, or stop showing off her skin in front of a predominantly male audience.

Is posting your picture against the TOS? No, of course not, but you need to be prepared for the reactions that she KNOWS she will get each time she posts them.

If it were the first time she posted pics and got this type of reaction, her surprise might be understandable, but it certainly isn't.

Reality check:

A couple of teenagers messing about getting dressed up in prom gear etc & taking photos = normal

A bunch of guys blaming their sexually predatory reaction to these photos on the teenagers in question = creepy

"Hands off - underage- don't even think about it."

A person calling them jailbait is NOT the person you need to castrate or worry about, because they are acknowledging that the person is off limits.
