Where's the worst place you've had a needle stuck??

The eye. I have 20/20 vision, so they decided to test me for steroids...

 

For me it wasn't where it was stuck, but what happened. I have 2 different instances:

1: I had a needle like device used on me that sent electric shocks on me to test my muscle tone. They stuck it in a few different spots on my arms and legs.

2. When I was being prepped for surgery to have a muswcle biopsy. They were giving me drugs through an IV to help me calm down and go under. The thing is, is they missed the vein, so the medication was injected into my muscles causing it to burn.

On the "Number 9" bit of Revolution 9 (The Beatles' White Album). Took me an hour to figure out it wasn't just part of the song.

 

Ick, episiotomies are scary. Though there's mounting evidence that they may not always be necessary, so I think it's unfortunate that a lot of hospitals pretty much do them routinely. I read this book once about natural methods of childbirth and things like that, and a lot of the women were able to make do without episiotomies by massaging the area a lot to loosen it up. Anyway, I digress.

Yeah, I taught childbirth classes after my first child was born and told the midwife we wouldn't be doing that. She agreed and everything went fine.
