I am going with The Dark Knight because he is Cooler! And my favorite superhero.

Batman because he's like a billion times smarter and wouldn't let it come down to a fight. If, however, a fight became inevitable I feel he'd send in one of his Robin's and figure something else out on the fly.

This isn't a "Who's your favorite" contest.
Logically speaking Batman would most likely lose to Wolverine.

I almost suggested this one! It's so hard to picture Batman losing but the Writer Factor, meaning Batman would find some way 'cause he just can't lose, is not present in these fights (IMO).

-Batman has the brains but they're not playing chess.
-They're both great fighters.
-Batman would have some standard gizmos but Wolverine has unbreakable bones, his healing factor and claws.

Batman would give him fits but he has no way of taking Wolverine out. Meanwhile Wolvy keeps coming at him and sooner or later sinks a claw in.

Yeah, but if it's just one fight.....Wolfie can be put out of a fight just like anyone else. Batman's hand-to-hand combat skills are better, Wolverine's style is too random. Batman would find the pattern and dispatch him.
