Vader was able to dissipate/deflect/absorb the energy from blaster fire. Remember, in ESB?

    According to what?
I always thought that dark side abilities are much easier to be learned.

Why wouldn't it be something that takes time to learn?

only sidious and dooku can use lightning, thus it does take a while to learn.

Indeed. The assumtion that it wouldn't take time to learn doesn't make any sense.

I see Sidious and Darth Vader reading I guess some Sith holocrons, sometimes?
When they read those things written with red letters?
Is not much told in Prequest or classic trilogy about how a Sith Lord was training.
Maybe Lucas should have keep making movies and make some movie about the whole life of a Sith Lord also.

During the heyday of the Jedi Order, their members were trained for about thirteen years in the Temple, before they were sent out into the field. Occasionally, a Padawan will get to go out a little bit earlier than that, depending on their progress. During the Temple training, Yoda and the other Jedi teach the Padawans how to use the Force sufficiently so that they could go out with a Master and gain field experience, on a personal level. With Luke's training, it took time for him to get to where he is when he leaves for Cloud City. Just because he had the same connection to the Force that his father did, did not automatically mean he would have an easy time of things. That's what the whole point of lifting the X-Wing was all about. Luke could lift stones, but he wasn't ready to lift an X-Wing because he was still thinking instead of acting on instinct. It took Luke a while to get to where he was when he left, but he still had a lot more to learn. That's why he waited a while to rescue Han, because he was not ready yet. Once he felt ready and had constructed a Lightsaber, then and only then was he ready to face what lay ahead.

Likewise, Dooku had to spend ten years training in the ways of the dark side, while waiting for the Clone Army to be ready and for Palpatine to put his plan into motion. Both sides of the Force takes time to learn, before it can be implemented properly.
