Actually Wim then stopped playing the drum noisily and ended up being the solo pianista of the thing and was incredibly gifted compared to the other ( not noisy and annoying) kids...sooo...that tracks a lot with Wims I know ehehe

 

Wim is part Luke, part Anakin, part Ezra, and part Rey. He's the embodiment of the spirit of Star Wars, of adventure and escapism and dreaming big. What's new and interesting is his immaturity and, by extension, how those noble qualities can therefore end up getting him and his friends into trouble.

He's the purest, most recognisable character we've met thusfar, and that's why he's my favourite.

 

maybe they could make a what-if comic book that shows what would happen if Wim doesn't push the button

I guess the kids would just go home, and then the next day go take their maths test, might be a pretty short comic book

Curious name for Star Wars. Wim is a German or Dutch name, short for Wilhelm or Willem, respectively.

 

Maybe one of the show's creators is a fan of Wim Wenders.

 

Coincidentally I just got the shipping notification for my order of the 4k of Paris, Texas a few minutes ago.

 

He reminds me the most of my childhood. Playing around pretending to be a Jedi.
