When they start making movies that literally feels like your childhood:
When someone is amazed that you remember something.
Apology accepted, @solojones.
When you're watching the Free as a Bird video from the 1995 Beatles Anthology and your husband points out that more time has now passed since its release* than the amount of time between when the Beatles broke up and the video came out.
*only one year more...but still
Did you just kill me? Am I dead now?
Only mostly dead.
I'm getting better.
I'll turn you into a newt.
way too many video game franchises from my childhood are celebrating their 20th-25th anniversary.
My favorite movie from 1992 will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year and I was 10 when I saw it in theaters.
When you realize your childhood neighbor, who fought in WW2, was in his thirties when he lived next door to you.

I had to use one of these at my best friend's great grandmother's house. Of course that was summertime. And we picked huckleberries for pie and Sasprilila root for fresh Sasprilila.

43 years old and expecting a second child in less than 2 weeks.
I was already 13 when my dad was this same age lol.
My mother was 19 when she had me. My dad was 20.
My daughters, 26 and 23, take that info with a touch of horror.
A friend of mine used IVF to have a kid at 50, with a husband rather older. They seem happy, but my word that seems like an exhausting choice. How are they going to handle a teenager when they are approaching SEVENTY?
Maybe they are on to something...
Be a burden on your teenagers, so they can't be a burden on you.
Pitiful. These kids today have no useful skills.
