You you remember watching Space 1999 on tv
You recall Jak and Daxter 1-3 being groundbreaking
You thought Max headroom was advanced CGI
Age, Sex, Location
You remember when SyFy was Sci Fi
If you remember the plots of at least five episodes of Recess.
Ah, the OG Catfish.
Make that at least 10, maybe more.
You remember watching the series premiers of Deep Space Nine, and later that year, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.
I used to really like their promotions that started out with the word "iF", that then separated the "i" and "F", and then expanded into reading as "Sci Fi", after showing an obviously fictional scenario. To this day that is still one of the best advertising campaigns I've seen for a television station.
Wasn't that 10-12 years ago?
Right up there with Dire Straits "Money for Nuthin'".
I was in high school around that time. So yea, 10-15 years ago, sometime in there.

Normally I would stand with the white wall behind me because my brown hair would clash with it so i can see it well enough. No longer. My hair has so much grey in it I have to have the darkened hallway behind me to see the edges properly.

When you watch this video...
The Bubble Bee girl from that Blind Melon video is 34 and married.
When you see that Yahoo! messenger is 20 years old and has reached "End of Life."
To piggyback off @Sith_Sensei__Prime, when you realize Harry Stamper Day (July 1st) is about to turn 20 years old:
