2015 Summer Picnic

What: Summer 2015 Picnic
When: Saturday August 15
Where: Norma & Jim's house
Time: 2pm - 8pm

As discussed at an earlier meeting this year, the annual summer picnic is scheduled. Norma and Jim have graciously opened their home to us. Jim is smoking chicken thighs and ribs. Everyone is encouraged to bring a chair.

Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share and contribute. Please post here so that we can avoid duplicates (first come, first serve). As we want to avoid having too much food, please remember that you do not need to cook for 40+ people.

Please bring a drink to share as well (family friendly or otherwise).

I'll be working. My old bass player's new band is scheduled at Stir, and I requested to work that day so I could mix his new band.

 

I'll be there. At this point, I'm planning to bring some pizza. I also have a bottle of "Imperial" Rum, and a bottle of "Rebel Yell" whiskey

I'll be at the Hidden Rebel Base in North Carolina that day.

 

I am out for this. I have to work that day

 

I plan to attend, but my work schedule has changed on Saturdays. I hope to be able to come after work.

 

I'll be there for the first half with Michelle. We'll have to be back up in Amherst for a different 6pm [most likely] engagement, however.

 

Myself and Chris so far...wifey depends on how she's feeling after her surgery.

Bringing smoked pork shoulder with my homemade BBQ sauce!

 

It's on our calendar but we cannot commit at this time. I'm afraid we are making last minute decisions lately. I will update as we get closer.

I may actually be able to make this, pending how long my rehearsal goes!

 

Likely will be working. Going to be the case for quite a while I'm afraid so don't be surprised if I'm quiet on here. Held things off long enough to get through Star Wars Night but such is life!

 

Note that the speed limit on the road is 55 and there isn't a fence, so make sure to keep a close eye on your kids.

Ill be on my way to the Adirondacks so Im out. Hopefully there not shooting "Finding Bigfoot" up there LOL

 

I'm going to try and make it. I can bring some brownies.

 

I will be there but Greg and the boys likely can't make it. I'll bring a dessert and chips as well as some type of drink.

The Reynolds Crew is coming at some point. Still trying to hammer out the details of our day. Will bring soda, rice crispy treats, kid friendly food. Thank you Jim and Norma!

Kathleen is bringing a side dish (noodle or potato salad) but we could use another side.
