Since we are trying to get organized I'm creating this thread to get an agenda going and ready for the next meeting. Here's what I have so far. July Meeting: Where: Border's Books in Monroeville When: Sunday, July 28th Time: 1 P.M. - Leadership Council: We are ironing ou the specifics here on the boards but hopefully by the next meeting we will have a definate answer set in stone. EDIT: The Council has been decided upon and will be made public then. - Advertising: The costs, where to do it, what media. Take a possible collection for an ad for the press.. - T-shirts Designs: Dan and I are working on this as of right now and will bring sample printouts to the meeting for everyone to see. - Website Content: I am in the process of adding new content to the site. Dan(BDP) has been granted rights to post news articles. The website grapihcs will be given a face lift sometime in the next couple of weeks. - Padawans: How things should be setup, etc.. - FanForce Picnic: The picnic is going to take place at South Park on Sunday, August 11th. If you plan on attending please bring $5.00 to the meeting. I will be buying food in advance. Please feel free to comment or make suggestions. I'm working on an events calendar for July and august to add to the website. If there is an event you would like to have let me know so I can start pluggin it. Also I forgot to add that I'm getting some stuff for this months newsletter, if yo uhave anything to ad PM me.
