wedge, it was the last segment. Dont rush to see it, it was really nothing special.

The only new footage was a couple of jedi that looked for all money to be elfs from LOTR.

 

U missed the whole scenes they showed. THEY were cool.

 

It was alright. Gave me a laugh when that Mon Cal/Star Destroyer guy looked like he was going to go psycho on everyone there.

Just re-watched it.

My Perception is that most people interviewed were taken out of context, or ACA didn't brief viewers on what people there were talking about.

The questions were all over the place - hence answers didn't tie up - and mabe people look a bit below average.

Why didn?t the interviewer keep it simple and not just try and be patronising. He could have asked Why do you dress up? - Typical answers?.Like it,?. it?s fun, Go to charity events and let little kids have fun seeing you in Fancy dress.

Rather that pictures of people dressed up with the audience been given no reason.....



And for him to say Lucas wasn't a Mathematician..... What a A**hole. EpVI came out because was best story line to start with, and also special effects werent available to do what he wanted back in 70ies. Well the Interviewer may critise Lucas... but who has the most money.

For those that came in late.........

On Sunday at the Sydney Skyforce meeting at Lidcombe, A Current Affair decided to drop in and do some interviews and filming, they also brough a 40-45 minute tape which included interviews, unseen footage and MAJOR spoilers, the room cleaned out a little when that started. Unfortunately when it was shown at 6:30 last night for the amount of time they spent at the meeting they showed about 4-5 minutes of footage from the meet. This included a couple of "interviews" with various people. In the background you can see a few FFNSW people, if you look really close that is.

That should sum it up for those that weren't there.

 

Dammit - I missed it.

Any chance of any of the videos being made into .mpg or .avi files ?? I'd love to laugh at... er, I mean, see Lumpé !!

I heard from a friend who did see it that the interview came off really badly, but did look like the interviewer was just out to be patronising. All you ended up with was sympathy for the poor guy being interviewed, apparently.

 

I think maybe the old Shad wanted to post this in the ACA thread but started a new thread instead. I'll go get his pills...
