Sorry, yes -- how did you animate it? would have been a better question.

Ah, of course. I didn't have any hand in that titillating piece. It's an animated gif from some sort of Japanese yaoi anime. I don't know how to make gifs (and I would probably be wasting a lot of time better spent drawing if I did). :)

Here's a Thrawn portrait from November that I forgot to post!

    View on DeviantArt!

I've been doing a lot of sketches and studies in attempt to get better and get over this bizarre animoo-funk, so I haven't done many "finished" pieces. I'm relatively active on Instagram, though (brass_antlers), so feel free to follow me there!

I really love how this one turned out with the limited colour palette and the blue makes it. It's a nice portrait.

Love to see some of your sketches and studies too :)

    Oooo.. nice sketches.

I think you are right, Mon Mothma deserves a bit of spotlight. The look you've got for her reminds me of a blend of both the Classic and Prequel Mon Mothma.

Cushing looks great too, the expression. Also a nice touch with the miniatures in there which connects to his past time.

I love that you scattered the model soldiers and their horses along the edges of your Sir piece, Antlers. Lovely touch of authenticity there. =D=

I gotta say Antlers, you've got great taste in music; I haven't heard anything from the Carnival in bloody ages!

Oh, and the Shaak Ti sketch is brilliant as well. :D

Oh, oh, of course! I was thinking "The Carnival" was some sort of obscure punk rock band.

Heh, it's alright, I should've been a bit more clear. Classical music is my favorite genre (just ahead of classic rock), and there are a lot of great pieces out there that make for good artistic themes.

That Thrawn is great, I'd just personally complain about the nose, seems too big for him, in my opinion.

Thought I'd post a few pictures - I went to Star Wars Celebration Anaheim!

My uniform didn't arrive on time, so I put together a vintage-inspired imperial officer outfit.

That is good improvisation. The uniform works quite well and turned out really nice. Kinda reminds me of Agent Carter (Marvel).

Also, so awesome that you got to go to Celebration. How did you find it?

Nice styling choice on that Aresko image, though I have to wonder what's up with Tarkin? He looks like he's been skinned alive...
*never watched Clone Wars beyond the first few episodes*

Very cool concept on that vintage-style Imperial uniform. I was never over-fond of the official designs they had for the uniforms of Daala, Isard, Tavira, etc., because they just looked and fit exactly like the men's uniforms, so it's neat to see a female Imperial uniform design that, well, isn't just like the men's uniforms.

Very nice job on the two recent Imperial drawings, too. For some reason the flowers just make the Aresko picture, in about the same way that the flowers make this Her Universe dress. :p You've got quite a talent!
