Looking to have a Jedi Knight costume made hopefully by someone here in the springs. If there isn't anyone local maybe you could help me on finding someone maybe up in Denver. Thanks for any and all help.
Hi. We have several great costumer in our group. I dont think any of them make them for sell. The vast majority of costumes in our group are made by the owner, Im sure there are folks who would be very helpful in giving advice on making our own. Do you have any costuming experiance?
Yup. I am in that boat. I have yet to sew anything myself. I do have patterns and will be getting the new star wars knockoffs from simplicity. Do you know anyone who sews?
The only person I remember that used to make robes was jedi corellia girl? However, I think she moved away.
JGoC is actully back in the springs. She is taking a break from being RSA for a short while but She still signs in so you may want to PM her. I am thinking its time for me to learn to sew.

Hey All That does NOT include material, but we have found that material usually costs no more than $35 for everything depending on what kind of material you decide to use. And we use everything we can think of, we have always bought the material 1st then went to her. She is a very professional seamstress and she has sewn entire wedding parties. We found her by dumb luck but she has helped us out a lot and we may have a project with her next year. But if you are interested let me know and I will help out in anyway I can. Later Days...
Its awesome that you've found someone down there to help you out I'll think about the lessons, I know my time is pretty limited right now, but my mom (who has become a sewing crazy lady) has started to bug me for lots of advice as well. If I have the time and a place I'd love to. So what kinds of things would you want to learn about??

They do look good. Hmmmm. I've never been one for Jedi costumes, but I'm tired of wearing armor. A person likes to sit down sometimes. LOL. And MHC's just around the corner...
