Anakin and c3p0 that I can think of.

also Zam, the acklay (?), and jango had stuff dismembered, but were killed shortly after..

that's all I can think of.

C3P0 isn't exactly what I'd call a being.

I think Zam counts.. didn't die from the dismemberment.

 

OMG, there's 5, I forgot about the acklay. Acklay almost doesn't count though because it is dismembered as Obi-Wan is killing it.
I said "beings" because if I said characters/creatures/droids it would've given away that a droid was involved.

anyways, the answer I was looking for was Anakin, C-3PO, Zam, and the Reek.
