There aren't very many books... if any... that take place during the Golden Age of the Sith, are there? I know there are comics (which I own)... but if anyone could point me in the direction of a few good books, I'd be appreciative.

 

No *books* really, though some of the Kyle Katarn novellas occur from the perspective of the Battle of Rusaan (sp?).

The comics are the best bet though... Tales of the Jedi series, etc.

Not to mention the Tales of the Jedi Sourcebook for the WEG d6 RPG...

 

dp4m, will WotC be producing a new ToTJ sourcebook? I think it's sorely lacking in their product roster, and frankly, PotJ does not fill that gap.

I also agree with brain_balls that some ToTJ era novels would be nice.

 

To my knolwedge: no, there will be no TOTJ Sourcebook from WOTC, though I'd love to see one.

Agreed. With the success of KOTOR (the game) it's about time WotC publishes an Old Republic Era Sourcebook. I'm sure they're going to do it... one of these years.

 

hmmm... maybe I'll be forced into writing a TOTJ novel for you all! I'm planning on writing a story that takes play in this time period... I was just looking for some sources of information, just so that I don't screw with what's already been written.

 

You've got millenia to work with, so I wouldn't be too worried.

 

:-D I like to put background information in my stories... as well as character histories. What I plan on writing about takes place pretty much on the sidelines of what is recorded in the "Essential Chronology"... I'm not all that worried... but any info from that time period would always be useful.
