BattleFront 2: Your ideas for a Successer

You should be able to pick sides in Campaign mode.

The Battle Of Naboo (plains) should have been done like this:

If You Play As Droids:
You start at the bottom of the map and if your not in a vehicle it should take about 20 seconds to reach the gungans.
They're 4 spawn points available at first, one 2 MTT's, one near 3 AAT's and one in between the MTT's.
10 troops can fit inside an MTT and 1 pilot, they are super armoured but with not to strong firepower. These cannot get through the Gungans sheild.
AAT's are pretty much the same as they are in the or. game, these cannot get through the gungans sheild.
OOM-9 is the 'Jedi Hero'.

If You Play As Gungans.
You start at the top of the map. 3 spawn points available at first, 3 Sheild Animals.
they're five sheild animals and when 2 of these go down the sheild is deactivated.
Gun turrets are the blue energy balls, Kaadu's are your transport.
Jar Jar or Tarpals is your 'Jedi Hero'.

The Map:
Pretty basic, round and not many bumps. A cliff at the side with trees like in the movie.


That would be fun.

 

A game that works out of the box?

He'll need a time warp gate to help the Rebels fight them a year before they were invented. People need to do their homework.

Republic Commando will take all your minds of the possibilities of Battlefront II. If Lucas arts indeed decides to make another, listen the posts in here, there are some really good ideas.

 

Pilots really aren't that much better at flying than other units- they should give them some sort of system so when their ship is destroyed they automatically eject and float the the ground on a parachute.

Also it would be cool to have more alternate skins like Imperials on the Hoth level. Maybe a Coruscant level with Royal Guards and Senate Guards, A Tantive IV level with Rebel Marines, Geonosians on a Geonosis level, mostly Wookiees on Kashyyyk level, etc.

 

In a battlefront II I'd like to see some stuff like:

- Battle inside Tantive IV
Could include all the Maintenance cooridors and such.

- Battles inside Death Star I
something like having to capture the trash compactor without getting squished by the walls or eaten by the Dianoga and a 'destroy the tractor beam station' type similar to Endor)

- Battle inside Jabba's Palace
Against Bounty hunters as either neutral characters or playable ones - you could fall into the Rancor Pit or have to capture it.

- Some EPIII locales
I won't post spoiler stuff in here thought out of respect for the non-spoiled.

Oh heck yeah. Definitely. That green laser rifle they have is ruthless. God forbid you sit on the Dune Sea and allow yourself to get dragged down into a shoot out with them - you get smoked.
