Battlefront I and II: Clan Recruitement Thread

The thing is about these clans. You don't choose a side... It's like Counter-Strike. One team plays CT for a couple of rounds and then they switch off.

 

Hello everyone, I am here to announce that myself and several other players have started a Star Wars BattleFront clan. However, we do not have a website for recruitment. I'm looking to join a clan, either republic or Rebels, preferably rebels.

I'm best with normal troops for rebels and like to help the battles by doing things around the edge, like destroying gun turrets or capturing command post.

For the republic I constantly switch between normal clones and jet troops i may also be an arc when droidikas are around.

How many people would a BF clan generally consist of?

Is 15 a good number?

 

Sarg_kulo, Mafia Nation could sure use you. However, like most clans, we'll probably have to play both sides in matches. Not that you couldn't sub in-out for a half if enough players are available.

We're not a new group, Imperial based, and are looking for some good Battlefront players (well not just BF we also host a few other games). We're PC based and our website is:

The Sith Mercenaries(website posted earlier) currently has 53 member, although we are cleaning house this weekend, and getting rid of some inactive members. We are on the www.gamebattles.com ladder, currently ranked 7th. Most clans that I know of have around 20 members, except for the Jedi Merc, and us, the Sith Mercs. We are always looking for new faces, as long as they are fairly active.

As NH said, we have a Clan in our sigs consisting mostly of TFNers that is doing quite well.

 

I could've sworn you guys determined that you guys weren't going to form a clan, but rather a league for TFN.

 

Same deal basically. We are just calling it a clan for now because we aren't officially backed by TFN. We hope to pull some strings and officially represent TFN and be affiliates.

 

I really don't think Clan affiliation is a path we want to go down.

 

Let me say it, I say that you all should just be your own clan as and not try to follow behind TFN. Like the LA clan is called the 501st Clan or something like that which is a really cool name. Maybe you all can be....I don't know lol. Just think up a cool name and follow behind that. Then just use TFN as a basis for recruiting.

 

Oh kids, the 'TFN' is because that's where we're from...that's all.
