    You might want to check out the new Visual Dictonary - beware, though: there are definite spoilers in there. Some of the Jedi have what look to be harness boots, with the straps and ring on the side. The book says they're not really "field work" boots, but - I imagine - for the more diplomatic styled Jedi. They don't really show how tall they are.

    Sould be much easier and cheaper to acquire.
