NYC, NY Dragon Con 2003

Mandy, if you won't fly, the drive to NYC isn't bad. We did it in about 15 hours. I-85 through NC in the middle of the night was pretty scary though.

Our landing into Hartsfield was rough; the pilot came in too fast and had to brake prety hard. We heard him on the way out saying, "Well if anyone was still asleep, they're not anymore!" I love Hartsfield, it has the Babylon 5 tram to whisk you between terminals and good places to eat.

 

Min, what you got against airplanes?


I have faith that you can do it.

Hey Y'all or Yo New York! I am trying to get TallonKaardgamer from Raleigh to go to Empire Fan Fest. If we can get the plans settled I will be there with bells on. Mandy, I am going to have to show y'all Manhattan! I may live in Florida, but I do know my way around the Big Apple. When you are originally from Brooklyn and Long Island, you don't lose the need for the infusion of energy a person gets from walking in Manhattan. I hope to see you all in April.

I have promised my mom that we'll do the tourist thing during one day of our stay.
